By accessing this site, purchasing services or digital products, or participating in any program or communication offered through this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Digital Products and Coaching Services
All purchases—including coaching programs, courses, toolkits, downloads, and VIP experiences—are final. Due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of our content, all payments are non-refundable. For full-pay programs, 25% of the total payment is non-refundable. For payment plans, a deposit (typically $500–$2000) is required to secure your spot, and a signed service agreement is required before access is granted.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials shared through StorytellersCoach.com and affiliated programs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, audio recordings, and written content. Materials are for your individual use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
3. Coaching & Program Expectations
Our services are designed to provide professional guidance, feedback, and publishing strategy. However, we make no guarantees of results, book sales, media placements, or financial return. Your success depends on your effort, participation, and implementation.
4. User Conduct
We foster a respectful and professional community. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior in group spaces, coaching sessions, or communication channels (e.g., email, Voxer, or private groups) may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Payment Authorization
By enrolling in any offer on this site, you authorize Just Write Coaching, The Storyteller’s Coach, Love Notes by Robbi Renee, or The Gracen Group to charge your selected payment method as outlined at checkout or in your signed agreement.
6. Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the date of revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
